During Extrusion Process, the Liquefied Polymer solidifies and is cut into tiny Pellets underwater and carried out of the Pelletisation Unit in a Sweeping Water Stream. The Die Face is kept at 280°C by exposing the Die to a High-Pressure Steam to heat it.[1]
