- LLDPE Train 2 is considered dedicated to the Manufacturing of C6-LLDPE and C8-LLDPE with an average density of 0.920 g/cc according to Information of Sadara project and Sadara Portfolio of Products. The Conversion Yield is estimated to be 1 metric ton of LLDPE per metric ton of Feed Stock. Since some grades are specified to be Bimodal, the Plant must have two Polymerization Reactors in Series. Considering market penetration of C6-LLDPE and C8-LLDPE the Production ratio is estimated to be 2/3 and 1/3 respectively.
