- Dow will provide its Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) by phosgenation Technology to the Sadara project. The plant will have an instantaneous design rate capacity of 208,000 tons per year and will be fed in-situ by the back-integrated TDA plant. The TDI product will be purified and collected for Product export. The Product Yield is estimated to be 98 weight-%. Based on Toluene quantity and intermediate Reaction yield estimates we arrive at a final TDI quantity slightly higher than announced of 219,000 tons per year).
