JPPC was created as a downstream affiliate of Jam Petrochemical Company (JPC), which holds approximately 49-75% of its shares depending on reporting period. The company operates as a privately held joint stock company and benefits from direct propylene feedstock supply from the adjacent JPC steam cracker, making it fully integrated within the Jam complex's value chain.
