Global LNG North America Corp. is a U.S.-incorporated special purpose holding company established by TotalEnergies SE (Paris, France) exclusively to hold the French major's 16.6% equity interest in Cameron LNG Holdings, LLC. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies SE via its intermediate structure TotalEnergies Gas & Power North America, Inc. It has no independent operations or employees — its sole function is to act as the legal vehicle through which TotalEnergies participates in the Cameron LNG joint venture. TotalEnergies markets its ~4 mtpa LNG offtake from Cameron LNG independently and has built its position to become the largest exporter of U.S. LNG, shipping over 19 mtpa in 2025 across its U.S. terminal interests.
