Japan LNG Investment LLC (JLI) is a U.S.-incorporated special purpose joint venture holding company established by Mitsubishi Corporation (70%) and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha / NYK Line (30%) to jointly hold a 16.6% equity stake in Cameron LNG Holdings, LLC since 2014.

Mitsubishi manages and markets its ~4 mtpa LNG offtake through its Singapore-based wholly owned LNG trading subsidiary Diamond Gas International Pte. Ltd., supplying long-term customers including Toho Gas and Tohoku Electric Power in Japan. NYK Line participates as a logistics and LNG shipping partner through its stake in JLI and co-invests in dedicated LNG carriers for Cameron LNG shipments.
