Salto Vestolit is a chlor-alkali and by-product production plant located in the state of Jalisco. Operations began as the Pacific Penwalt in 1976.

The technology used at this site is based on the diaphragm cell process.

This facility is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, Kosher, SARI-Comprehensive Responsibility, and NSF.

The "Purple Line" system has been built in this plant, which ensures the use of 100% of the treated water supply for production.
