The project implements the overall plan and is implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project mainly constructs 20 million tons/year of refining, 3 million tons/year of ethylene, 3 million tons/year of mixed xylene, as well as gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel, ethylene glycol, HDPE, UHMWPE, PP, EVA/LDPE, butylene rubber, integrated rubber and ABS and other deep processing units.
